I AM UNIQUE is an independent project co-founded by three ambitious students of University of Worcester, Yulia Ogneva, Radana Hruba and Elisa Sandstrom in 2011. The previous years experience brought an amazing opportunity to establish the connection with big and small companies around Worcester (House of Fraser, Prettify Design, Diva Hair Salon and many others) and overseas (Microsoft Student Experience), promote their brand to the students community and raised amount of around £800 for Breast Cancer Research UK.

This year 2012, the main responsibility is passed with honour to Eugeni Velinov (also student of University of Worcester), who will successfully lead I AM UNIQUE project for 2012 to the very end and will proudly represent I AM UNIQUE name as his own.

What makes us unique?
We are a group of students who decided to take a step forward in encouraging approximately 10,000 members of the students’ community in Worcester to make a stand and get involved in the larger society with your help.

As such, we are organising charity events and this year we want to help out life limited children, provide them and their families with the much needed financial support.

When and where is the event?
The event will be held in Tramps Nightclub, the leading night club in Worcester, with a capacity of around 1,000 people, on the 10th February 2012.

Why are we so confident?
The I Am Unique organisation was successfully set up last year and now we want to make the event even bigger.

This year, we are 19 students who proudly work in a team, dedicating time and effort to take I Am Unique to the next level.

What is the next level?
In order to raise even more money for charity and establish our brand identity, we want to get everyone involved: students, contestants, the media, local venue owners and business professionals, overseas companies and performers, and last but not least, friends.

Our Main Aim?
The charity we have chosen this year is Acorns Children’s Hospice, a charity dedicated to help life limited and life threatened children and young people, as well as their families at every stage of their child’s life and beyond into bereavement.
